Booking Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A patch test is required at least 24-48hrs before any Permanent Makeup Treatment to determine if a client is likely to have a reaction to products used during the treatment, despite this it is inconclusive regarding whether or not you may have a allergic reaction at any time in the future and is not a guarantee that you will not react. Any known medical history/allergies must be discussed and consultation forms must be completed prior to your treatment booking. There are no guarantees as to the success or longevity of your treatment. Complimentary retouch appointments must be booked 6-12 weeks after initial appointment. Any time after 12 weeks will be charged as a colour boost.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. A booking fee of £50 is required to secure all new appointments. Please be aware this is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Your remaining balance can be paid on the day of treatment.
  3. If you cancel your appointment we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation will result in a 50% fee of your total booking amount.
  4. Should you need to move your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice. A new booking fee will be payable upon moving the appointment.
  5. Complimentary retouch appointments – any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in an additional retouch fee for any subsequence retouch appointments.
  6. You must agree to follow all precare and post aftercare provided. Failure to do so will affect your finished results. If aftercare is not followed and an additional treatment is required you will be charged accordingly.
  7. Please ensure you are happy with the treatment before leaving the premises. Any additional retouches after this will be charged and cannot be completed in the first 6 weeks.
